Go Shark Diving with White Shark Africa
White Shark Africa, in Mossel Bay was founded in 1995 and has operated with increasing success ever since. The company has great passion and love for the sharks and supports shark research in the area at every opportunity.

White Shark Africa staff have a proud history in white shark research, conservation and education so you can be sure that our love for the sharks goes hand in hand with a respect and love for sharks and their precious environment.

Great White Sharks have always fascinated humans for a whole lot of different reasons. Including their imposing size, their graceful beauty and the way they are perfectly adapted to their environment. These predators have been patrolling our oceans since the beginning of time and although their powerful hunting behavior instils pure fear in our hearts, this adds to the fascination humans have with Great White Sharks.

If you are amongst the many who feel this way and would like to come just that little bit closer, to experience the Great White Shark in its natural environment above or under water or perhaps just learn a bit more about them and us. You have come to the right place.

We would like to welcome to be part of our Great White Shark family. We encourage you to interact with us, make a plan to come and see us and the sharks face to face,we wont bite, promise!

Mossel Bay is a very rich area with its abundant sea life of diverse fish, seals, whales, penguins, other sea birds, dolphins, the occasional orca and, of course, a plentiful supply of Great White Sharks.

White Shark Africa focuses on Great White Sharks
It has always been apparent to us that most, if not all of our clients suffer a total misconception of sharks, and in particular the GREAT WHITE SHARK. Most of our clients arrive with a 90% fear level and 10% respect and we thrive in changing this attitude. We are sure that after a day at sea with us you will find that old attitudes are reversed and you will leave us with 90% respect and 10% fear and perhaps understand that the sea is the domain of the GREAT WHITE and we have no right to harm this magnificent predator(or any other for that matter).
